- Manage and troubleshoot Forti Gate firewalls, NAT, security policies, routing, and IPsec VPNs.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Routing & Switching, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, ACLs, NAT, and QoS.
- Support and troubleshoot Huawei routers and switches.
- Troubleshoot ISP/WAN issues including latency, packet loss, routing, BGP flaps, link failures, bandwidth utilization, and reachability issues.
- Monitor network performance, alarms, interfaces, and service availability.
- Handle incidents and escalations and coordinate with ISPs, carriers, vendors, and enterprise customers.
- MX record, DNS records.
- Primary level knowledge of 4G and IoT networks.
- Prepare technical findings, incident reports, and RCA/RFO documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in an ISP, Telecom, NOC, Managed Services, or Enterprise Network environment.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Forti Gate, Cisco, and Huawei technologies.
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, NAT, ACL, QoS, and IPsec VPN.
- Experience troubleshooting Internet, MPLS/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and network performance issues.
- Strong network troubleshooting, monitoring, incident management, and customer communication skills.
- Incident management, fault management, Enterprise NOC background for 24
* 7 support.
