The senior developer owns the technical build of the Unifier platform. That covers BP and data model configuration in uDesigner, reporting, integrations with P6 and ERP, and environment management. The role sets technical standards and acts as the escalation point for complex configuration and integration issues.
Key responsibilities- Configure Unifier through uDesigner: BPs, workflows, data elements, data definitions, forms, picklists, auto-creation and reference records
- Build and maintain the shell hierarchy, shell templates, cost sheets, funding sheets, cash flow curves, schedule of values and the Configurable Modules
- Configure and extend the Unifier Accelerator to client requirements
- Develop reports and dashboards with User-Defined Reports (UDRs), BI Publisher (custom print layouts and Arabic templates) and Unifier Analytics
- Design and build integrations with the Unifier REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (or other middleware) for Primavera P6, ERP (vendors, POs, invoices, payments, budgets) and document management
- Manage configuration packages and migrations across DEV, TEST and PROD with proper version control and release notes
- Set up and administer users, groups, roles, permissions and company-level settings
- Perform data migration from legacy systems: mapping, bulk loads, validation and reconciliation
- Handle performance tuning, troubleshooting and L3 support, and liaise with Oracle Support (SRs) when needed
- Produce technical design documents, integration specifications and the configuration workbook
- Mentor junior configurators and review their configuration work
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of hands‑on Unifier technical experience with at least two end‑to‑end implementations
- Expert in uDesigner, BP design, shell and cost/fund/cash flow configuration
- Strong in BI Publisher, SQL (Oracle DB) and Unifier reporting
- Proven integration experience with Unifier REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (OIC preferred)
- Experience with Primavera P6 integration (Gateway, OIC or custom)
- Experience with both on‑premises and Oracle Cloud deployments of Unifier
- Experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion ERP integrations
- Experience with the asset and facilities modules (Unifier Facilities & Asset Management)
- Previous work for government or defence clients with security clearance
