The Primavera Unifier Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions for enterprise project and program management. The consultant will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design business processes and workflows, set up modules and forms, and integrate Unifier with related systems and reporting tools. Daily responsibilities include creating and maintaining Unifier business processes, monitoring system performance, resolving user issues, and preparing documentation and training materials for end users.
The role also requires collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful deployments, data integrity, and continuous improvement of the PMIS environment.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier configuration, administration, and customization, including business processes, workflows, forms, and data structures.
- Experience with related project management and enterprise tools such as Primavera P6, Aconex, Risk Analysis, Oracle Gateway, P6 Analytics, and Oracle ERP or Fusion Applications.
- Proficiency in integration and collaboration platforms, including MS SharePoint, Open Text, and reporting/BI tools such as MS Report Builder (SSRS) and MS Power BI.
- Solid understanding of construction and infrastructure project life cycles, PMIS concepts, and disciplined project management methodologies.
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements, map business processes, and translate them into effective Unifier configurations and technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and support user training and adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant Oracle Primavera or PM certifications are an advantage.
