People Dynamics is hiring an experienced TS Engineer (Technical Support Engineer) for a leading organization in Qatar.
Location: Doha, Qatar
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on project requirements and individual performance)
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
Candidate Availability: Must be locally available in Qatar
Working
Schedule:
Rotational Shifts
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT technical support to end users.
- Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and IT systems.
- Resolve technical incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance.
- Manage IT tickets, escalations, and follow-ups in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Diagnose recurring technical issues and recommend permanent solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and ticket status reports.
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Technical Support
. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Only candidates currently residing in Qatar will be considered.
