Work Wavez Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise cloud architecture for an onsite position in Doha, Qatar. The role requires significant solution or enterprise architecture experience, alongside a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Dataverse, CRM customization, and enterprise integration.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on architectural leadership across CRM solutions, Azure cloud services, APIs, messaging, and secure enterprise integrations. The position also requires knowledge of Microsoft Entra , OAuth 2.0, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC), as well as an understanding of modern enterprise data platforms such as Databricks.

The Senior Solution Architect will help shape scalable, highly available, and resilient enterprise solutions. Responsibilities include architecture documentation, integration design, security considerations, and disaster recovery planning. Experience with Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, Power BI, and related Azure services is highly desirable.

• Lead solution and enterprise architecture activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives.
• Design and guide implementations using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dataverse.
• Provide technical direction for CRM customization, plugins, workflows, security roles, and integrations.
• Design enterprise cloud and integration architectures using Microsoft Azure.
• Define API designs, REST-based integrations, messaging patterns, and secure connectivity between systems.
• Incorporate identity and access management practices involving Microsoft Entra , OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Consider scalability, high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery in architecture decisions.
• Produce and maintain enterprise architecture documentation and technical design specifications.
• Apply knowledge of Databricks and modern enterprise data platforms when designing data-related integrations.
• Provide hands-on technical architectural leadership and collaborate with relevant development and technical teams.

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, with significant solution or enterprise architecture exposure.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dataverse.
• Experience with CRM customization, plugins, workflows, security roles, and integrations.
• Strong Azure cloud and enterprise integration architecture knowledge.
• Experience with API design, REST, messaging, and secure integrations.
• Understanding of Databricks and modern enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra , OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Experience documenting enterprise architectures and addressing scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Ability to provide hands-on technical architectural leadership.
