Work Wavez Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Systems Administration Consultant to support enterprise IT infrastructure and systems operations in Doha, Qatar. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft enterprise environments, Windows systems administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, messaging and collaboration platforms, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

The successful candidate will manage and troubleshoot enterprise Windows systems, support Active Directory and hybrid Microsoft Entra , and work with technologies such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and Windows Remote Desktop Services (RDS). The position also requires experience handling Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalations, incident troubleshooting, patch management, virtualization, and root-cause analysis.

Candidates should have strong Power Shell scripting skills, working knowledge of Trellix endpoint security and data loss prevention tools, and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly. A relevant bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while certifications such as SC-300, MCSA/MCSE, Citrix CC-VAD, or ITIL v4 are recommended.

• Administer and support enterprise Windows systems and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, hybrid Microsoft Entra , DNS, and DHCP environments.
• Support endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM.
• Administer or support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams/Webex, and One Drive services.
• Maintain Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Windows Remote Desktop Services environments.
• Handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical escalations and resolve complex infrastructure incidents.
• Use Power Shell scripting to support administration, automation, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Support virtualization, patch management, and ongoing infrastructure maintenance.
• Work with Trellix ENS, DLP, and application whitelisting technologies.
• Perform incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate clearly with users and technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise Windows systems administration experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Tier 2/3 support experience.
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory, hybrid Microsoft Entra , DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM.
• Knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams/Webex, and One Drive.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Windows RDS.
• Working knowledge of Trellix ENS, DLP, and application whitelisting.
• Strong Power Shell scripting skills.
