We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Insurance Officer / Customer Service Representative to support our motor and fleet insurance operations.

This is a customer service and coordination role focused on fleet declarations, policy servicing, claims follow-up, and communication with clients, insurers, garages, surveyors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should be organized, accurate, responsive, and comfortable dealing with vehicle-related information such as car models, specifications, registration details, repair estimates, spare parts, and claims documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day servicing of motor and fleet insurance policies.
  • Process vehicle additions, deletions, renewals, endorsements, and declarations.
  • Review and maintain accurate fleet schedules and vehicle records.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
  • Follow up with insurers for policies, certificates, endorsements, and approvals.
  • Support clients with motor claims from notification to closure.
  • Coordinate with garages, surveyors, loss adjusters, insurers, and clients.
  • Track pending requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, documents, and communications.
  • Support internal teams with motor insurance administration and client servicing.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in motor insurance, fleet insurance, claims, garages, car dealerships, rent‑a‑car operations, or insurance brokerage is preferred.
  • Good understanding of cars, vehicle specifications, car parts, repair processes, or garage coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple requests.
  • Comfortable using email, Excel, Whats App, and office systems.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
