A reputable Insurance company in Qatar is looking for a Junior General Insurance Underwriter
. The ideal candidate should know about general insurance products, underwriting guidelines, risk assessment, and policy documentation.
- Prepare quotations, policy documents, endorsements, and renewals.
- Review and assess insurance proposals for general lines of business.
- Evaluate risks and determine appropriate terms, conditions, and premiums.
- Ensure underwriting decisions comply with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with brokers, clients, and internal departments for required information.
- Support claims, finance, and operations teams when required.
- 0-5 years of experience in General Insurance underwriting.
- Experience in property, engineering, marine, liability, or other general lines is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Qatar insurance market practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance systems.
- Valid Qatar transferable visa/NOC.
- Available in Qatar for interview and joining.
