, is seeking translators to join its team. The role involves translating official documents, reports, and correspondence, as well as providing interpretation services during meetings and events.

KEO company salaries reach up to 8,500 Qatari Riyals.

Job title:

Translator

• Academic degree:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience:
  • At least 6 years of experience in the field of translation.
  • Languages:
    • Proficiency in the Arabic language (speaking, reading and writing).
    • Proficiency in the English language (speaking, reading and writing).
  • Technical skills:
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel 2010.Using specialized translation software to ensure efficiency and consistency in work.
    • Additional skills:
      • The ability to provide training courses for non-Arabic speaking employees.
        
        Excellent oral and written communication skills.
      Responsibilities
      • Translation:
        • Translation of documents and papers from English to Arabic and vice versa, while preserving the original meaning and contextual consistency.
        • Collaborating with experts:
          • Working with experts and specialists to understand and accurately translate technical terms and complex concepts.
          • Review of translated texts:
            • Proofreading the translated texts to ensure linguistic accuracy and to verify the correctness of the meaning in the retranslated texts.
            • Simultaneous translation:
              • Providing simultaneous interpretation in workshops and meetings as needed.
              • Preparing training materials:
                • Preparing training content in Arabic for non-Arabic speaking employees.
                • Compliance with health and safety policies:
                  • Full compliance with health and safety policies followed in the work environment.
                  • Using translation tools:
                    • Utilize dictionaries and translation assistance programs to ensure the accuracy of terminology in texts.
                    • Communicating with customers:
                      • Communicating with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction with the quality of the translation provided.
