These individuals provide strategic guidance and support across various industries. In commercial law and regulatory at PwC you will advise on regulatory and public policy relating to PwC’s commercial activities; respond to inquiries or investigations launched by regulators;

understand the legal impact on the business of regulatory directives and orders; and prepare commercial partners and staff for public enquiries and hearings.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and agreements covering areas such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, outsourcing, licensing, distribution, procurement and data protection.
• Advising on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory issues such as company law, antitrust, anti‑bribery, sanctions and environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters.
• Assist on due diligence, disclosure and closing processes for corporate transactions and projects.
• Researching and monitoring legal and regulatory developments and trends that may impact the business and providing updates and guidance to the legal team and the business units.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
• A law degree and a current practicing certificate in the jurisdiction of qualification.
• At least 3–4 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate and commercial law preferably in a reputable law firm.
• Experience in advising on regulatory projects and initiatives.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A high level of professionalism, integrity and ethical standards.
