Associate Lawyer | Arabic & English | Local

Aletefaq Law Firm is looking for a qualified and motivated Associate Lawyer to join our legal team in Doha.

We are seeking a professional who has strong knowledge of Qatari law
, excellent legal drafting skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and institutions in both Arabic and English
.

• Provide legal advice and support to clients.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Draft and review contracts, legal notices, memoranda and pleadings.
• Assist in litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Prepare and follow up on court and government procedures.
• Represent and communicate with clients professionally.
• Assist with arbitration and commercial disputes.
• Monitor cases, deadlines and legal developments.
• Work closely with senior lawyers and the firm's management.

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari laws and legal procedures
  .
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is highly preferred.
• Experience in commercial and corporate matters is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare high-quality legal documents in Arabic and English.
• Professional attitude, confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Must currently be based in Qatar.
• Qatar court experience and relevant professional registration/licensing will be considered an advantage.
