Procurement Specialist – Fit Interior Solutions

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist only with years experience in Interior Fit‑Out or Construction procurement to manage sourcing, purchasing, and shipment coordination for our Interior Fit‑Out and Interior Solutions projects.
Key Responsibilities- Procure materials for kitchens, wardrobes, joinery, aluminum systems, lighting, and finishes.
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing & delivery terms.
- Issue POs and manage supplier relationships.
- Follow up on local & international shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders.
- Track shipping documents (PI, Packing List, Invoice, BL/AWB).
- Work closely with Designers, Estimators, and Project Managers to meet project timelines.
- 4+ years experience in Interior Fit‑Out or Construction procurement.
- Strong knowledge of fit‑out materials and suppliers.
- Experience with import logistics & shipping follow‑up.
- English required.
