- Maintain and manage the full catering inventory catalogue, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with governance standards
- Develop global demand forecasts to support 24-7 airline catering operations
- Monitor stock consumption trends and lifecycle planning to prevent shortages or excess inventory
- Lead procurement activities to secure inventory at optimal cost while maintaining operational continuity
- Oversee global stock levels, warehouse contracts, and stock control procedures in Doha and international stations
- Coordinate supplier backup stock strategies to protect against disruptions
- Introduce new inventory items and manage phase-out of obsolete stock across the network
- Inspect deliveries to ensure compliance with agreed specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with Logistics, Product Development, and supplier teams to optimize transport and storage costs
- Support ERP and stock control system accuracy and reporting requirements
- Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification with minimum 5 years of experience in demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, or supplier management
- Strong experience using ERP and inventory systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
- Advanced analytical capability using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- In-depth understanding of forecasting models and supply planning algorithms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within high-pressure aviation environments
- Strong workflow management and team mentoring capabilities
