Position OverviewQatar Patriot Depot Logistics Manager:
Provides support to the in-country Operation Manager and the Field Manager. Coordinates logistics activities, financial reporting, vendor deliveries, and material management across functional areas.
- Support leadership by planning team assignments and coordinating with related work cells.
- Determine staffing needs and redirect resources for unanticipated work.
- Implement corrective actions within authority to resolve work problems.
- Handle overtime and non‑standard duty hours as required.
- Communicate with internal and external points of contact across maintenance and logistics operations.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide reports to work cells and management.
- Maintain historical records for depot logistics analysis activities.
- Assist and coordinate OCONUS and CONUS procurement efforts to ensure scheduling and movement of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with total asset visibility addendums, policies, and procedures.
- Support root cause and corrective action activities.
- Support program logistics analysis and reporting requirements.
- Follow program Statements of Work, Contract Deliverable Requirement Lists, and audit documentation.
- Maintain accounting records, post receipts, verify quantities against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, making timely decisions with limited information.
- Ability to adapt to austere and ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.
- Minimum 6 years of related logistics experience.
- Proven skills in logistics analysis activities.
- Understanding of all functional logistics areas within a depot facility.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
- Critical and creative thinking skills with proven quantifiable results in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with a multicultural workforce.
- Cultural familiarity with Middle Eastern nations.
- Prior experience supporting international programs and/or initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8‑12 years of related experience.
