We are seeking an exceptional Inventory Control Manager to lead and optimize inventory operations across multiple business units within our diversified holding company. This is a strategic leadership role for a highly analytical, results‑driven professional who thrives in fast‑paced, multi‑company environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory control strategies that maximize accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and valuation across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Establish and enforce inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Lead inventory planning, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory activities.
  • Analyze inventory KPIs and identify opportunities to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve turnover.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, warehouses, and business unit leaders to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Drive ERP/WMS optimization and leverage data analytics for informed decision‑making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop inventory control teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5‑10 years of progressive inventory management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience managing inventory across multiple companies or business units is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent is an advantage.
