Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for technical materials and services.
- Prepare, evaluate, negotiate, and administer purchase orders and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement planning and execution.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, tendering, bid analysis, and commercial negotiations.
- Expedite purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Resolve procurement-related issues, supplier discrepancies, and non-conformance matters.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier data in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, audit requirements, and HSE standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and supplier relationship management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 6–7+ years of procurement experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong experience in EPC projects and/or operational procurement.
- Proven expertise in procurement of technical materials and services.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP or other P2P ERP systems (SAP is mandatory).
- Excellent commercial negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract administration, and supply chain processes.
