Responsibilities

- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and enhance resilience.
- Utilize advanced supply chain software and technologies to improve tracking, reporting, and decision‑making.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the development and training of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in supply chain management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with a proven track record of success.
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma are highly desirable to demonstrate expertise.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce, where supply chain dynamics are critical.
- Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools to enhance operational insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability, preferably with experience working in diverse, multinational teams.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus to facilitate global operations.
