Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Support to the in‑country Operation Manager and the Field Manager
• Work with all functional areas including operations management, warehouse management, material program management
• Financial reporting such as earned value management, workload planning
• Track internal and external inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain historical record documentation for Depot logistics analysis activities
• Communicate with internal and external points of contact across maintenance and logistics operations
• Implement corrective actions within authority to resolve work problems
• Coordinate and receive local vendor deliveries
• Ensure teams compliance with total asset visibility (TAV) processes, policies, and procedures

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• 6 years of related logistics experience
• Experience working in a fast‑paced work environment
• Ability to adapt to austere and ambiguous environments
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience and understanding of all functional logistics areas
• Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
• Critical and creative thinking skills
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working with a multi‑cultural workforce
• Cultural familiarity with Middle Eastern nations
• Prior experience supporting international programs and/or initiatives.
