Permanent Industry: EPC/Oil and Gas Offshore/Onshore Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership develop and execute project-specific procurement strategies, and lead/mentor the project procurement team (Buyers, Expeditors, and Logistics staff).
• End-to-End Procurement:
  Manage the entire lifecycle including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, contract awards, and purchase order issuance.
• Expediting & Coordination oversee expediting to ensure on-time delivery of critical/long-lead items, coordinating closely with engineering, construction, and quality teams.
• Supplier & Contract Management qualify vendors, negotiate major contracts/framework agreements, and resolve commercial disputes, claims, or delays.
• Logistics & Compliance collaborate with logistics and customs clearance teams to ensure smooth site deliveries, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Project Track record proven experience managing procurement for large-scale EPC / oilfield projects.
• Strong expertise in international shipping, logistics, and O&G customs procedures.
• Core Competencies exceptional negotiation, contract management, commercial acumen, and leadership skills under strict project deadlines.

• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience in the EPC and Oil & Gas industry, including 5+ years in offshore projects and 5+ years in a managerial/project leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing procurement for large-scale EPC/oilfield projects.
• Strong experience in handling international procurement, long-lead items, and complex supply chains.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and project management tools.
