- Execute procurement strategies aligned with project objectives, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Conduct supplier sourcing, market analysis, and supplier evaluations.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations to secure the best value for projects.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition through purchase order award.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support and mentor junior procurement professionals.
- Manage expediting activities from PO issuance to final delivery at site.
- Track procurement and delivery schedules to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate supplier kick-off meetings and monitor supplier deliverables.
- Work closely with Engineering, Construction, Logistics, and Project teams.
- Resolve vendor delays, logistics challenges, and material shortages.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and procurement standards.
- Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders and senior management.
- 8+ years of overall experience
- Minimum 5 years in EPC Oil & Gas procurement and expediting roles
- Strong experience in both pre-award and post-award activities
- SAP/ERP experience is mandatory
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and commercial skills
- GCC experience is an advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related discipline
- CIPS or equivalent Supply Chain qualification is highly regarded
