• Support strategic procurement analysis by identifying opportunities and value drivers for assigned categories
• Contribute to and execute supply strategies aligned with business and operational requirements
• Identify competitive suppliers and build effective partnerships to secure best market value
• Lead negotiations with external vendors to achieve favorable commercial and contractual terms
• Manage Procurement Specialists, providing guidance to ensure timely and compliant execution of activities
• Facilitate ordering of goods and services through accurate purchase orders in coordination with technical teams
• Implement and manage contracts from awarded tenders and approved single‑source arrangements
• Review active contracts, monitor expiry dates, and initiate renewals or new tenders as required
• Guide execution of tenders and contracts, tracking progress and reporting status regularly
• Monitor and report key procurement metrics to control spend and improve team effectiveness
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations
• Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and risk assessments to protect organizational interests
• Build a culture of cost control and long‑term savings in collaboration with finance teams
• Support quality control across project life cycles, managing timelines, risks, and change initiatives
• Review and enhance procurement policies and processes for continuous improvement
• Perform additional duties as directed by department leadership

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or diploma with at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in procurement, contracts, or finance‑related roles
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Fluent English communication skills with clear data presentation ability
• Solid contractual and financial acumen
• Strong planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capability
• Demonstrated people management, mentoring, and coaching skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience in procurement management and team leadership
