Material Coordinator

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Material Coordinator in Qatar
. Our client is seeking an experienced professional capable of coordinating materials, monitoring inventory, maintaining material documentation, and supporting timely availability of materials for operational requirements.

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of materials required for projects and operations.
• Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability to support planned work activities.
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and stock balances.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, engineering, project, and site teams regarding material requirements and availability.
• Track purchase orders and material delivery status and highlight potential shortages or delays.
• Verify material documentation, specifications, quantities, and related records.
• Support inventory control activities and reconciliation of physical stock against records.
• Prepare material status reports and maintain organized documentation for operational and management review.

• Material Coordination — Strong understanding of material flow, tracking, receipt, storage, and issuance.
• Inventory Control — Ability to monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Material Planning — Ability to coordinate material requirements with project or operational schedules.
• Documentation — Strong capability in maintaining material records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Cross-functional Coordination — Ability to work effectively with procurement, stores, engineering, and site/project teams.

• Experience handling mechanical materials and components.
• Familiarity with ERP/material management systems.
• Experience supporting engineering or project-based operations.

The posting requires 12–15 years of experience
. Candidates should have substantial experience in material coordination, material management, inventory, stores, or closely related functions, preferably within an engineering/project environment.
