Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Maintain the spares register and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Ensure critical hot-swap units are configured and readily available.
- Coordinate repair, replacement, and disposal of spare parts.
- Maintain provisional-sum records and monthly consumption reports.
- Coordinate airside and landside movement of spares as per required approvals.
- Support annual inventory audits and maintain proper documentation.
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in spares, logistics, or inventory management
. - Experience in a technical or equipment-based environment preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory-management practices.
- Familiarity with ITSM and CMDB systems.
- Strong record accuracy and inventory-control skills.
- Good coordination and cost-awareness skills.
- Ability to comply with airport security, HSE, and cyber requirements.
