Job Purpose
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of products and services to customers. This role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service, coordinating delivery operations, adhering to company policies and safety regulations, and supporting overall business efficiency through reliable and professional delivery execution
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with PDI, TINGTING, DELIVERY Section after sales invoicing the vehicles.
- Prepare traffic registration papers or related documents such as photos, forms.
- Prepare all the documents required for delivery
- Check the vehicle condition before delivery be sure vehicle is in good condition
- Hand over the vehicles and all required documents alone or with sales to customers and explain all the vehicle features to customers be sure customer is aware of the usage of vehicle
- Brief customer about AFTER SALES information but not only for hotline, location, how to book appointment
- Check showroom display condition cars before opening time be sure the car is in display condition
- Other related work with Administration or as per required from operation
