We are looking for a Procurement Officer to handle the purchasing of automotive spare parts, tools, equipment, and workshop supplies while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities- Source and purchase automotive spare parts, tools, and workshop supplies.
- Coordinate with technicians to identify spare parts requirements.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Verify received items and maintain procurement records.
- Monitor stock requirements and ensure timely availability of parts.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and accessories.
- Familiarity with suppliers in Qatar is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software.
- Available to join Immediately with a valid Qatar
