As a Picker in the warehouse, your primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders by selecting and preparing items for dispatch. Your role is integral to the smooth operation of the warehouse, and attention to detail, speed, and adherence to safety standards are crucial.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On: 1 - Order Picking

• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders based on provided pick lists or in the picking device.
• Ensure accuracy in selecting the correct items and quantities.

2 - Quality Control

• Conduct visual inspections on picked items to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Separate and report any items that do not meet quality requirements.

3 - Speed And Efficiency

• Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly picking targets.

4 - Communication

• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members.
• Report any issues, delays, or challenges in the picking process promptly.

5 - Cleanliness And Organization

• Keep the picking area clean, organized, and free from obstacles.
• Assist in periodic warehouse cleaning activities.
• Inspect security equipment and report any malfunctions or deficiencies.
