Job Purpose
To perform civil maintenance in facilities management and casual job project.
Responsibilities- Carry out carpentry works like door maintenance fabric maintenance Gypsum works & minor painting works.
- Carry out minor masonry works
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Support technician and supervisor for electrical maintenance such as replacement of bulbs.
- Support HVAC and Plumbing technicians whenever required.
- Prepare & keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Skills:- Good English Communication and report writing skills.
