How a Tech Control Facility Technician II will make an impact- Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs electronic, mechanical, and other components and equipment.
- Has the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand interrelationships of circuits, and exercise independent judgment in performing tasks in support of communications systems or equipment.
- May coach and review the work of less‑experienced professionals.
- Provides advice and onsite training for customer support personnel.
Required Technical Skills
:
Intermediate hands‑on experience in the installation, repair, troubleshooting or maintenance of communications systems or equipment, with the technical knowledge to solve complex problems and exercise independent judgment.

Must meet the certification requirement of DoW 8570.01‑M or otherwise stated in SPIN‑C or individual task order. The contractor is expected to have, but is not limited to, the following IT certificates:
- Security+
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching or Service Provider
