Job Description
As an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor
, you’re not just overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems—you’re ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their stay. Through proactive maintenance, technical expertise, and strong leadership, you help deliver reliable building performance and memorable experiences.
- Support and guide the HVAC team:
Assist with scheduling, training, and supervising HVAC technicians, ensuring maintenance and repair work is completed safely and to a high standard. - Maintain HVAC systems:
Perform and oversee routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. - Coordinate daily work activities:
Assign and monitor maintenance tasks, ensuring work orders are completed efficiently and accurately recorded in the maintenance management system. - Ensure safety and compliance:
Follow and promote safe working practices while helping ensure HVAC equipment and systems comply with applicable regulations and company standards. - Work with contractors and service providers:
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or maintenance are required and verify that work is completed satisfactorily. - Respond to service requests:
Address HVAC-related maintenance requests and comfort concerns promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain a safe and comfortable environment. - Carry out preventive maintenance:
Assist in planning and completing scheduled preventive maintenance activities to help maximize equipment reliability and performance. - Inspect equipment and facilities:
Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment and associated systems, identifying maintenance needs and reporting issues requiring further attention.
