Facilities Manager

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our properties and facilities. The successful candidate will ensure all buildings, equipment, and services are maintained efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.

• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of company facilities.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
• Oversee renovation, refurbishment, and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are well maintained.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and facility performance.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  .
• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Facilities Management
• HVAC Systems
• Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Building Maintenance
• Health & Safety Standards
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use facilities.
• Experience working with contractors and service providers.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
