Swan Global is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for an Oil & Gas / petrochemical facility in Doha, Qatar. The role leads all maintenance activities to maximize plant availability, reliability, and safety while optimizing costs.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in maintenance with at least 5 years in a leadership role, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and CMMS experience (SAP PM/IBM Maximo/Oracle). You will coordinate across Operations, HSE, Procurement and Finance.
