Chiller Operator
Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
Operation & Monitoring :
Operate and monitor central chiller plants, including water-cooled and air-cooled chillers.
System Control :
Adjust operating parameters, monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure optimal performance.
Preventive Maintenance :
Perform routine checks, lubrication, and cleaning of chiller components.
Corrective Maintenance :
Diagnose faults, carry out minor repairs, and escalate major issues to maintenance teams.
Safety Compliance :
Follow HSE protocols, refrigerant handling procedures, and lockout-tagout systems.
Energy Efficiency :
Monitor energy consumption and recommend measures to improve efficiency.
Documentation :
Maintain daily logs, operational records, and maintenance reports.
Emergency Response :
Respond to alarms, system failures, and ensure continuity of cooling operations.
Coordination :
Work closely with HVAC engineers and facility managers to ensure smooth plant operations.
Qualifications
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in chiller operation and maintenance.
