Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Administer and maintain the CMMS for maintenance activities.
- Plan, schedule, track, and close maintenance work orders.
- Maintain accurate asset, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Prepare maintenance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyze maintenance data using advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance system administration or planning.
- Strong hands-on experience with CMMS systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Strong English communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
