Responsibilities
- Meter Readers shall perform meter reading basic disconnection reconnection and inspection activities as per requirements
- Collect meter readings as per defined cycles
- Perform water valve and MCCB disconnection where authorized
- Capture photographic evidence and update system records
- Identify abnormal readings and report irregularities
- Support unauthorized consumption detection
- High School / Diploma
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in meter reading or field services
- Basic understanding of electrical and water systems
- Ability to use handheld devices and reporting tools
