Manages and schedules maintenance tasks, supervises the maintenance team, and ensures all equipment and systems are functioning properly. Oversees repairs, preventive maintenance, and responds to urgent issues to maintain optimal facility performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff daily
- Assign duties and prepare work schedules
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and the use of equipment
