Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Plan, schedule, and oversee PM activities for pumps, blowers, valves, and SGW treatment equipment
- Supervise a team of technicians/operators on shift, assigning tasks and monitoring completion
- Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment faults and initiate corrective actions
- Maintain PM logs, checklists, and maintenance records for audit/compliance purposes
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards during all maintenance activities
- Liaise with client engineers/operations team on plant status and maintenance updates
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement needs with the maintenance team
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in STP/WWTP maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Familiarity with SGW systems, pumps, and treatment plant equipment
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred
- Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills
