Facility Maintenance Assistant

Job Purpose

Coordinate facilities maintenance activities including repair modifications alterations maintenance of civil electrical mechanical HVAC plumbing as well as other related building systems by resolving contractors issues preparing and reviewing accomplishment reports and ensuring HSE requirements are incorporated Is responsible for the ownership of Permit TO Work PTW system at ORYX GTL secondary area and act as a representative to asset Manager

• Facilities Repair and Maintenance
• Contracts Administration
• Monitor and check schedules of regular preventive maintenance for Lifts Elevators Generator etc systems
• Safety Quality and Environment compliance
• Ensure implementing related approved policies and procedures in job related areas
• Support department s continuous improvement contributing to meet Company s objectives

High school Diploma. Diploma in Business Administration or related field (mechcnical/electrical trades, HVAC, plumbing).

5 - 6 Years of experience in a similar position in the Oil and Gas Industry. Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance procedure.
