Job Title:

Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related field is required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Oil and Gas industry, including at least 5 years of Middle East experience.
• Experience in Offshore projects is essential;
  Qatar Energy experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Wellhead platforms will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of industry practices, safety standards, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing small to medium scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Manage Lump Sum Turnkey EPC/EPCI and Shutdown projects ranging from $20m to $200m.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring compliance with HSE, security, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
• Lead newly awarded projects until permanent Project Manager assignment and develop project deliverables for all stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate resources, equipment, and information for smooth project execution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, monitor and report project progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage project documentation, lead project meetings, and resolve issues to ensure successful completion.
