• Lead the fitness team, set expectations, provide coaching, conduct appraisals, and support hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure staff follow hotel policies, wellbeing protocols, and service standards.

• Oversee daily fitness center operations, including gym supervision, equipment upkeep, cleanliness, and supply management.
• Manage group exercise programs, recruit instructors, and ensure class quality.
• Deliver services as needed, including personal training and group classes.
• Host guests professionally and ensure high service standards.

• Maintain accurate records, schedules, incident reports, payroll support, and member data.
• Assist the Spa Director with budgeting, reporting, planning, and marketing updates.
• Manage vendor contracts, purchasing needs, and monthly income reports.

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through daily walkthroughs, quality audits, and rapid resolution of complaints.
• Maintain high cleanliness and facility standards, ensuring positive feedback and service excellence.

• Enforce all safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures for guests and staff.
• Keep all areas clean, safe, and well-maintained, reporting hazards immediately.

• Proven experience in fitness, recreation, or wellness center management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
• Certified personal trainer or fitness professional (preferred).
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and wellness standards.
• Ability to deliver training, group classes, and personal coaching as required.
