General Manager - Architecture and Design firm

A renowned international architecture and design consultancy, renowned for delivering projects that combine cultural depth, design integrity and refined artistry. The firm partners with global brands, hospitality operators and developers, offering expertise across architecture, interior design, and master planning. • Define and drive the firm's strategic direction in alignment with the CEO.
• Strengthen market positioning across Qatar and the wider GCC.
• Oversee business growth initiatives, client partnerships, and commercial performance.
• Ensure alignment between creative delivery, operational processes, and business objectives.

• Lead day-to-day operations, including project governance, resource management, and delivery excellence.
• Work closely with architectural, interiors, and master-planning teams to ensure projects meet standards of quality, timeliness, and profitability.
• Implement and improve project management systems, performance metrics, and operational workflows.
• Oversee compliance, contracts, and client-facing deliverables.

• Manage relationships with key clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Report directly to the CEO and act as a strategic advisor on business operations.

• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control with the CEO
• Support commercial negotiations, proposals, and client acquisition strategy.
• Ensure profitability and long-term financial sustainability of the business

• Accredited engineering degree (additional certifications are advantageous).
• Minimum 3+ years in a senior leadership role (GM/CEO) within the last 10 years - preferably within the GCC.
• Must be a native Arabic speaker.
• Ability and readiness to relocate to Doha and join within the required timeline.
• Strong understanding of design/architecture/consultancy environments is preferred.
