Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple high‑profile projects across various industries, including both current and new projects. This full‑time, on‑site position, based in Doha, Qatar, involves overseeing a diverse range of projects, including daily operations, events and festivals, marketing campaigns, and other critical business activities.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of these projects, ensuring the successful execution of day‑to‑day activities. You will oversee key areas such as Planning & Coordination, Public Relations and Marketing, Reporting and Analytics, Digital Marketing and Social Media Management, and On‑site Management, while ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Additionally, you will lead the coordination and management of internal teams, liaise with external vendors and clients, and make adjustments to timelines or resources as needed to ensure projects stay on track.
Job Responsibilities 1.0 Planning & Coordination 1.1 Conceptualization and Design:- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision, objectives, and theme.
- Develop a comprehensive plan, detailing schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Develop and manage the budget, ensuring cost control and resource allocation.
- Monitor expenses throughout the planning process, ensuring all spending aligns with the budget.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors.
- Ensure the timely delivery of services and goods, ensuring high‑quality standards are met.
- Direct and guide a team in both on‑site and off‑site operations.
- Delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion with the highest standards of quality.
- Oversee logistics including transportation, accommodations, set‑up, and tear‑down.
- Coordinate specific elements such as stage production, entertainment, technical setups, signages, etc.
- Develop and execute detailed marketing strategies and annual plans with clear targets, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
- Lead PR and communications initiatives, ensuring they align with brand positioning and messaging.
- Manage 360‑degree campaigns (digital, social, print, radio, events) from planning through execution, ensuring integration across all channels.
- Design and implement events & activations aligned with the marketing strategy to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Build and oversee brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Manage the creation of content calendars and coordinate influencer programs to amplify brand visibility and reach.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize future campaigns and events.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in marketing, PR, and the events industry, and integrate relevant trends into campaigns to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.
