Develop and implement corporate strategies, business plans, and performance goals aligned with the company's vision.
Lead business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee all operational functions—engineering, procurement, construction, project management, and commissioning to ensure delivery excellence.
Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, resource optimization, and cost management.
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all company operations.
Lead and mentor senior management teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, HSE, and regulatory requirements across all regions of operation.
Represent the company with clients, government entities, and industry associations, enhancing corporate reputation and visibility.
Identify and mitigate key business risks while ensuring sustainable and responsible growth.
Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the EPC Oil & Gas industry, with significant exposure to GCC or European markets.
Proven success in managing large-scale EPC projects and leading diverse, multicultural teams.
Strong commercial, financial, and strategic planning acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Visionary mindset with the ability to drive transformation and long-term value creation.
