Hiring Facilities Manager
Salary: TBD
Duty hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 5 days a week

Job responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety of all building facilities.
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and manage facility budgets.
- Handle tenant requests, complaints, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor building security, cleaning, and waste management services.
- Prepare reports on facility performance, issues, and improvement plans.
