Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and confident Project Director to lead the construction of a new Air Cargo Terminal building. This role needs someone who understands
airport and cargo terminal projects
and can guide the team from start to finish. If you have worked on similar airport, warehouse, or cargo terminal projects, we would love to meet you.

• Lead the full project from planning to completion.
• Manage teams, contractors, and all site work.
• Ensure work is safe, on time, and within budget.
• Review designs, drawings, and project plans.
• Solve problems quickly and guide the team with clear direction.
• Report project progress to senior management.
• Make sure all work meets quality and airport standards.

• 25+ years of experience in construction projects.
• Strong experience in airport, warehouse, or cargo terminal projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PMP or similar certifications are a plus).
• Experience working in large, complex environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
