Senior tenant relations manager

Description

The Senior Tenant Relations Manager acts as the prime liaison between tenant needs and other departments.

This position provides overall control over operations functions from preparation, tenant onboarding, tenant improvement projects and market preparation.

• Manage and create weekly reports on operations progress.
• Keep track of customer-employer relationship quality.
• Monthly/quarterly customer satisfaction feedback reports.
• Monthly/quarterly unit occupancy reports.
• Manage assigned service contracts and projects.
• Manage information flow between facilities team and tenants.
• Collaborate with property manager on collection efforts for tenant receivables.
• Ensure all building communications are developed, produced, and distributed.
• Ensure all tenant service requests (e.g., service calls and special service requests) are completed and followed up on.

• Strong communication skills with C-level stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of the industry market.
• Ability to build strong relationships with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Self‑motivated with a high sense of urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Customer service oriented with excellent follow‑up skills.
• Team player and problem solver.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.

• Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
• 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
