Up to 15,000 QAR, plus performance - based incentives linked to the division's profit.

• Independent Charge for the fitout division as a profit center.
• Oversee and manage fitout projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage and supervise fit-out teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems during project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.

• Experience in fit-out industry, construction.
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
