Campaign & Shutdown Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of campaigns and shutdowns, ensuring compliance with HSE.
• Collaborate closely with offshore and onshore teams to develop detailed execution and HSE plans.
• Coordinate contractor activities to achieve safe and timely delivery of all scopes of work.
• Support campaign/shutdown planning, logistics, materials, and manpower mobilization.
• Participate in lessons-learned and continuous improvement initiatives post-execution.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or relevant industry experience).
• Proven experience in campaign/shutdown management within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong planning and coordination skills (Primavera P6 / MS Project knowledge preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP CMMS.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and medically fit for offshore work.
