About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive and manage our field sales operations for Ooredoo Fiber. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proven track record in team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and manage a team of field sales agents.
- Monitor team performance and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure targets for Ooredoo Fiber sales are met.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to improve productivity.
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments and stakeholders.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a leadership role. (2-5 years)
- Field sales experience, preferably with Ooredoo Fiber or similar services.
