Alternate Site Manager
Position is contingent upon contract award. The Alternate Site Manager (ASM) is responsible for meeting Contractor's work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control. The ASM has full authority to act for the Contractor relating to daily contract operation in the absence of the Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory, administrative functions, item checkout and check-in, stock returns, tracking overdue notice items and issuing overdue notices for all assets.
- Ensure that personnel assigned to all tasks have the requisite knowledge and skills to meet minimum performance requirements and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Document all training by name, training and date and make these records available to the COR or designated representative upon request.
- Communicate equipment performance expectations to suppliers including quality, performance, manufacturing, capacity, system fit and life cycle costs.
- Creation and posting of notices for all new items.
- Clean, straighten, and maintain the facility and equipment within.
- Maintain a reservation schedule for the TCO and other functions.
- Assist with other facilities or departments as needed to ensure mission success.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six (6) years' experience in supply management including ordering, PAR levels, and receiving.
- Experience in managing Base Operations Services (BOS) contracts.
- Experience maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and performance metrics in accordance with contract requirements and the Project rules/regulations.
- Valid Driver's License and be able to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission.
- Must have a Valid US Passport.
- Hospitality and services management industry as well as aseptic cleaning procedures.
- Military protocol and correspondence.
- Air Force Instructions for procurement, lodging, NAF resale and property procedures.
- Air Force Support (SVS) experience not required but highly desirable.
- Intermediate to expert level of all Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred).
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
