IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to lead and manage a large team of staff while ensuring excellent service standards and high levels of hygiene. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in managing manpower in fast-paced environments.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferably in hospitality, cleaning services, or facility management).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and support daily operations of assigned staff.
• Manage a large workforce efficiently, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure all employees follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high levels of cleanliness and service quality.
• Provide training, coaching, and continuous improvement support to team members.
• Maintain clear communication with management, clients, and staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on attendance, performance, and operational updates.

Requirements:
